The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill
on Page 1, Line 10, by striking the title of the bill in its
entirety and inserting in lieu thereof
a new title, to read as
follows
:
"A BILL to amend and reenact §33-25A-2 and
§33-25A-5 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing
health maintenance organizations to provide a point of service
option; definitions; and authority to develop standards for a
point of service option by emergency rule."
